March:   Women in Agriculture  -  Using branded padfolios  to spread their message.    (North Dakota)

It may seem counterintuitive, but farming isn’t all about field labor. In fact, plenty of farming time is spent indoors, figuring out how to continue to make agriculture a profitable way of life. So, Women in Agriculture sponsored a meeting on March 5 that included a series of seminars for female ranchers and farmers wanting to know how to market their products or communicate more effectively to potential clients. For the women who attended, conference organizers supplied them with 250 blue vinyl padfolios, each with a notepad on the inside, on the front cover was the groups logo, which includes a “rustic looking fence,” and the phrase “Strengthening Our Way of Life.”
